How can I make a booking and what are the payment terms?

  • You can book through our website by paying a 50% deposit to secure your reservation. The balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

  •  Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Please contact us if you need to arrange different times.

Can I bring my pet?

  • Pets are allowed by prior arrangement and as specified in your booking confirmation. Please refer to our Pet Booking Procedure for more details.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancellations within 30 days of arrival incur a 100% charge; 31-45 days prior, a 50% charge or the first night’s rate; and 46-60 days prior, a $300 administration fee. Special terms apply for peak dates.

What should I do if I need to cancel or modify my booking?

Are there any additional charges I should be aware of?

  • Additional charges may apply for extra cleaning, unreturned keys, or damages. Please ensure all items are returned and the property is left tidy.

Do I need to pay a security deposit? & how do I get back?

  • A security bond is required, refunded post-checkout provided there are no deductions for damages or additional cleaning.

Do you offer any insurance?

  • We recommend guests have appropriate travel insurance. Chic Retreats is not liable for personal losses.

How can I report a problem during my stay?

  • Please report any issues immediately to our team to ensure they are promptly addressed.

How can I find the property?

  • Detailed directions to the property will be provided upon booking. We are located close to major landmarks and accessible via main roads.

What transportation options are available?

  • Our properties are accessible by public transportation, and we provide free parking if you're driving. For detailed transport options including bus routes and nearby stops, please contact us directly or check your booking confirmation.
